In closing, I’d like to state that I take personal pride in knowing that our special staff embraced our motto in their efforts to provide our patrons with a safe, fun experience. Our motto, “Integrity, Sportsmanship and Respect,” was imbued in our culture by our diverse and wonderful staff. An oasis in which people could escape their daily routines to work, play and socialize, Stronghold Ops established a special spirit, a Disney-like vibe that possessed soul. Though arduous, the ride has been exhilarating, an adventure in which we met some of the warmest staff, patrons, parents, players and children. The past 3.5 years have been a whirlwind of roller-coaster events. Unlike people that are obsessed with destinations, we’re reflecting on our journey.
